Personal Car Wrapping

Car wrapping is cheaper than a respray as we already know, but the other great thing about it is that you can have individual panels wrapped. So if your budget is a little tight one month you can just wrap the wing mirrors or roof and wait till the following month for the remaining panels. The edges are kept neat so it will still look awesome during the transition stage!

It also helps with paint protection; the whole car doesn't need to be wrapped for this so if you opt to just protect the front wings, wing mirrors and bonnet, you can. There is no obligation to wrap the entire vehicle.  Be aware that cosmetic changes to your car can and will affect your insurance policy and therefore you should notify your insurer or change your policy. Don't wrap it on the cheap Cheap vinyl wrap jobs can be spotted a mile away, given away by messy edges, air bubbles and overlapping layers of vinyl. A professional job will be so good that most people won't even know it is vinyl, it will be smooth and straight with the lines of the car and the only aspect of it people will be able to see is the incredible new colours and effects. You want to avoid anyone that hasn't been trained or offers their work too cheaply compared to the main competitors because it is likely they are using cheap material. All certified installers offer roughly the same rates so it is best to research the installer first. Certified installers are listed on the vinyl suppliers site (3M or Arlon), so check against that list if you are unsure, and if they are professional and sure of their work then they won't mind if you even go and visit to inspect their workmanship.
